ZCL confers gratitude award to SMCL
Zonta Club of Laguna (ZCL) presented three testimonials of gratitude to Saint Michael’s College of Laguna during the club’s 9th Installation and Induction Ceremonies at St. Beatrice Ballroom, June 2.
Mrs. Rosita Celis, ZCL president (Biennium 2004-2006), awarded the certificates to the College, for its support for humanitarian cause and sponsoring some events for the furtherance of the object of Zonta, Dr. Lourdes Almeda-Sese, SMCL president, for her outstanding leadership resulting in multifarious contributions to the club’s service projects, and SMCL Golden Z Club, for winning for the second time the coveted Emma Conlon International Service Award.
ZCL is a charter club of Zonta International, a global service organization of executives in business and the professions working together, across political and social boundaries, to advance the status of women worldwide.
