The Human Resources Management Program is primarily concerned with the study the effective utilization of human resources within a business organization. Attention is focused on the organization as a social system and the forces that affect this system, such as behavior of individuals and groups, economic conditions, and technology.
The HREM program produces committed and dedicated practitioners in personnel management and human resource development. Students are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills necessary to enable them to succeed in the management of the labor/manpower resources of an organization.

Graduates of the BSBA Human Resource Management program are able to acquire entry level employment positions in the various personnel and human resource related departments and institutions. The duties they are normally assigned are in the areas of recruiting, training and development, health and safety, compensation, and research.

An innovative program that presents the science of Accountancy as tools for managerial planning, evaluation and decision making. It is a curriculum that combines the analytical competencies of accounting with the decision making and entrepreneurial skills of Business Management. It develops in the students a high degree of proficiency in the accounting and financial aspects of the business enterprise.
