VISION

           Saint Michael's College of Laguna envisions itself as a premier, private non-sectarian institution of learning and scholarship, engaged in the development of individuals and professionals of world-class caliber in business, hospitality management, information technology, health care and education. It aspires to contribute to a "glocal" community (inseparably global and local) that will uphold the Filipino ideal and propel the nation to its growth and greatness.

MISSION

           The Mission of Saint Michael's College is to train men and women to become both productive and humane citizens fully equipped with gainful skills and imbued with the right values and virtues for lifelong learning through the integration of a liberal education with professional competence. In pursuing this mission, it is guided by the following commitments:

1. Provide the best opportunities for its students that they may lead exemplary and fulfilled professional, as well as personal and social lives by assuring them a qualified and dedicated faculty/staff, spacious and well-equipped physical plant and responsive and progressive administration.
2. Act as an academic agent for national development committed to imbue among its students compassion for their less fortunate fellowmen, a sense of community involvement and service and above all, fervent love and respect for their country and its heritage.
3. Serve the larger community by making its type of education accessible to deserving and capable students regardless of socio-economic status, sex, religion, or race and by promoting cooperative efforts with neighboring institutions particularly in research and outreach program.
