Dr. Victor C. Manabat inducted as PCDEB National President |

Dr. Victor C. Manabat, Dean of the School of Business Administration was inducted as President of Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business (PCDEB) for the school year 2008 -2009 on July 25, 2008 at the Dominique Hotel, Tagaytay City. Dean Manabat was sworn in by Dr. Flordeliza C. Reyes, Executive Vice-President and Vice-President for Academics and Research of St. Michaels College of Laguna in an induction rite witnessed by college deans and educators from Regions 4a, 4b and 5. Also present during the ceremony were representatives from CHED and various industry associations. Along with Dean Manabat, the following officers were also inducted into office:

In his presentation of the activities that will be lined during his term, Dean Manabat stressed the need for PCDEB to be more responsive to the needs of business educators all over the country. “The task” he said, “is to bring PCDEB closer to the business educators in the far reaches of the country.”
