HOW TO ENROLL

Enrollment of New Students/Transferees

  1. Secure Admission Slip from the Admissions Unit upon completion and/or submission of entry requirements.
  2. Presents the Admission Slip to the Registrar Services Assistant.
  3. Claim and fill-out the Course Approval Form (CAF) and signs the Student's Contract.
  4. Presents the Admission Slip and the accomplished CAF to the Administrator and Registrar for checking/approval of load.
  5. Submits accomplished CAF to the ITC for encoding.
  6. Claim the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF).
  7. Present the EAF to the Accounting Services Assistant for validation.
  8. Upon validation, proceed to the cashiers counter for payment.
  9. Forward the EAF copy to the Registrar's Center
